By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide recurring and one-time pet waste removal services at residential and commercial properties. Service frequency is selected by the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

• Yards must be accessible on the scheduled service day.

• Aggressive dogs must be secured during our visit.

• Grass should not be excessively tall to ensure proper cleaning.

If we cannot safely access the yard, the visit may be marked as completed and charged as normal.

Weather & Rescheduling

We work in most weather conditions. In severe weather, we may reschedule at our discretion and will notify you.

Payments & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service or on an automatic recurring basis if selected. Late or failed payments may result in paused service.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Please notify us before your next scheduled service to avoid charges for that visit.

Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by existing yard conditions, hidden hazards, or animal behavior. We are not liable for illness or parasites related to dog waste present prior to service.
